Who Can Apply
Suits security system installers, manned guarding firms, void property specialists and electrical contractors. Manned security firms will need the right licences and electrical contractors the right qualifications. The tender has not opened yet, so prepare your bid now.
Buyer Benefits
Members can cover security, voids and electrical compliance from one framework instead of several contracts, which helps when an empty home needs securing, clearing and testing before it is relet. Calling off from suppliers that have already been vetted saves each member running its own tender for each of these services.
Next Steps
Register on the NHC procurement portal if you have not already, and attend the pre-market engagement sessions to understand the scope and how it may be split into lots. Gather security licences, electrical qualifications, accreditations and housing sector references now, and watch the NHC website for the invitation to tender.
How Athena Can Help
A framework this broad rewards suppliers that plan early. Athena's early bid/no-bid planning helps you decide which parts of the security and electrical scope to target, and our security and electrical bid writers build your method statements, evidence and pricing before the tender lands.
We can also use the pre-market phase to get your policies, certificates and case studies in order through our framework application preparation, so the selection stage is ready when NHC opens the tender.
