Framework Description
Northern Housing Consortium's Sustainable Energy and Resilience Products Framework, presented by NHC Procurement as its Batteries and Solar PV Framework, is a national catalogue framework for battery storage, PV solar panels and associated sustainable energy and resilience products. Lot 1 was awarded to Kight PowerHub and Solo Home Energy Limited, and the framework went live in September 2026. It runs until 16 September 2030.

Local authorities, housing associations and other public sector organisations use it to cut residents' energy costs, respond to fuel poverty and move homes towards net zero. Members can call off by direct award where requirements match the framework as tendered, or by further competition, with no minimum volume commitment, which helps them act when funding or programme deadlines arise.
