Fleet Solutions – Sustainable (VEH3137 NW) is an NWUPC framework for lower-emission transport options for member institutions. It has four lots covering vehicle hire, car clubs, leasing and salary sacrifice schemes, and runs until 31 December 2026 with no extension. With under three months left, a replacement procurement is likely to be close. This framework is used by NWUPC and APUC.
