Framework Description
NY Highways' Highway Services DPS is a dynamic purchasing system for highways works, services, materials and design in North Yorkshire. It is managed through Constructionline's DPS service. Unlike a fixed framework, it stays open for new suppliers to join throughout its life. The DPS runs until 31 August 2032 with no extension, so there are several years of opportunities ahead.
