Framework Description
Pagabo's Academy Services Framework gives academies in England a compliant route to back-office services: internal and external audit, legal advice, human resources and payroll. Suppliers were selected on their ability to deliver these services to the standards set out in the Academy Services handbook. The framework is live until 30 June 2027 and has no lot structure.
Context & Use Case
Academy trusts must buy professional services such as audit and legal advice while meeting public procurement rules. This framework lets trusts and individual academies appoint pre-vetted firms without running their own tender, which helps smaller trusts with limited procurement capacity. Audit work in particular supports the financial accountability that academies owe to their funders.

Who Can Apply
Audit firms, education law practices, HR consultancies and payroll bureaux with academy clients. Applications for this framework are closed, so firms that were not appointed cannot join now. With the end date approaching, a replacement procurement may open soon; check Pagabo's framework page.
