Professional Services DPS

Live

Framework Description

Pagabo's Professional Services DPS, run on behalf of The Education Alliance, is a dynamic purchasing system for consultants on construction, infrastructure and development projects. It covers 27 service categories, from engineering and surveying to heritage, asbestos and building regulations roles. The DPS is live until 30 April 2028, coterminous with Pagabo's Professional Services in Construction and Premises framework, and accepts new suppliers throughout.

Context & Use Case

The DPS complements Pagabo's professional services framework by giving buyers a route to niche or emerging specialisms, and to specialisms at values better suited to a flexible model. Public bodies run further competitions among the suppliers admitted to the relevant category, so new entrants can compete for work as soon as they are admitted.

Scope of Services

Engineering, surveying and project management Architectural design, landscape design and town planning Decarbonisation, sustainability and environmental consultancy Asset management, heritage and water consultancy Fire protection and asbestos consultancy Registered building inspector and building regulations principal designer Social value, construction management and PFI support

Who Can Apply

Consultancies of any size, including specialist SMEs, in any of the 27 categories. Because it is a DPS, you can apply at any time while it is open, choosing the categories that match your expertise and meeting the qualification requirements for each.

Buyer Benefits

Buyers get access to niche specialists, such as heritage, asbestos or principal designer roles, that a fixed framework may not cover, and they can draw on new firms as they join. Further competitions keep prices tested and let buyers compare specialists for each commission.

Next Steps

Apply through Pagabo's DPS supplier portal, reached from the Professional Services DPS page on Pagabo's site. Pick categories where you have strong evidence, prepare the qualification documents for each, and set up a process to respond quickly to further competitions once admitted. With the DPS ending in April 2028, applying soon gives you the longest window to win work.
