Framework Description
Pagabo's Professional Services Framework gives public bodies a route to consultants for construction and development projects. It has 116 appointed providers across 23 lots: Lot 1 offers a single national provider, while Lots 2 to 23 let buyers appoint individual specialists. It is a fixed framework rather than a DPS and ends on 30 April 2028.
Context & Use Case
Councils, schools and academies, healthcare providers and other public bodies use the framework when a project needs design, engineering, cost or other professional input. A buyer can appoint one national provider to cover the whole team under Lot 1, or pick discipline-specific consultants from the other lots, depending on project size and how much coordination it wants to manage itself.

Who Can Apply
Consultancies in construction-related disciplines, from national multi-disciplinary firms to niche specialists. The 116 providers are already appointed, so this framework cannot be joined now. Firms that want a route in before 2028 should look at Pagabo's Professional Services DPS, which accepts new applicants until April 2028.
