Framework Description
Procurement for Housing's Compliance Services and Associated Works DPS gives social housing organisations access to contractors for safety and regulatory compliance. Its 17 lots cover heating and electrical work, access control, fire safety, asbestos, lifts, legionella, Mansafe systems, invasive plants and radon. Being a DPS, it accepts new contractors throughout its term, which ends on 30 September 2028.
Context & Use Case
Landlords use it to keep homes and blocks safe and compliant: servicing heating, testing electrics, assessing fire risk and fixing fire doors, dealing with asbestos, keeping lifts running and controlling legionella. Because each discipline has its own lot and each job is competed, a landlord can bring in a radon or knotweed specialist as easily as a heating engineer.

Who Can Apply
Suits compliance contractors and consultants in any of the 17 disciplines, from fire risk assessors and asbestos analysts to lift engineers and invasive plant specialists. The DPS is open now, so firms can apply for their lots at any point before September 2028.
Buyer Benefits
Compliance failures carry legal and safety risk, so landlords want specialists they can trust and quick access to them. The DPS gives them vetted contractors in every discipline, competition on each job, and the option to bring in new firms when existing ones are stretched.
Next Steps
Apply through PfH's framework page for this DPS, choosing only lots where you hold the accreditations buyers expect, such as UKAS accreditation for asbestos surveying, third-party certification such as BAFE or FIRAS for fire work, or competent lift engineers. Prepare social housing case studies and response time data, and build a reusable bid library, because competitions can be frequent.
