Framework Description
This Procurement for Housing Dynamic Purchasing System covers pre-manufactured housing panels, the Category 2 strand of modern methods of construction, where panels are made offsite and assembled on site. It has two lots: full turnkey provision solutions, and supply and install. The DPS runs until 27 October 2028 and, unlike frameworks that are closed to new applications, accepts new suppliers throughout its term.

Housing providers use it when they want panelised construction on a new-build scheme, either handing a supplier the whole delivery under the turnkey lot or buying panels with installation for a scheme they manage themselves. Panelised system manufacturers, and contractors who supply and install panel systems, can apply to join now. Because it is a DPS, there is no need to wait for a re-tender: suppliers that meet the selection criteria can be admitted at any point until 27 October 2028.
