Framework Description
Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council's Supported Living Framework is the Council's route for commissioning supported living services across the borough, bringing all of that provision under one arrangement. It is a single-lot framework covering supported living schemes, dispersed properties with care and support, and outreach services. The framework is live and runs until 14 August 2027, with no extension.
Context & Use Case
The Council uses it to arrange support for adults who need help to live independently in their own tenancy, whether in a shared scheme, a dispersed property or through outreach visits. Packages can combine personal care with support to take part in community life, depending on what each person needs to stay safe and independent.

Who Can Apply
Suits registered care and support providers with supported living experience, a person-centred approach and strong safeguarding. It is a live framework; check Find a Tender notice 019540-2025 to see whether new providers can join during its term or must wait for the re-tender around August 2027.
