Framework Description
SCAPE's Regional Construction Works and Services Framework (SCP015) is a planned multi-supplier construction framework for public bodies in the Midlands, the Home Counties and London. It is split into four geographic lots, each valued at £300m with three contractors per lot, giving twelve places in total. SCAPE expects it to launch between July and October 2027 for a four-year term, with any extension options set out in the contract notice.
Context & Use Case
Public sector bodies in the four regions will use SCP015 to commission construction works and services for their estates without running their own tender. Because each lot holds only three contractors, call-off work will be concentrated among a small group in each region, and buyers will look for contractors who know the local supply chain, planning context and public estate in their area.

Who Can Apply
SCP015 is aimed at established main contractors: each bidder, together with any associated suppliers it relies on, must show annual turnover of at least £20 million. SCAPE has issued the tender notice, so this procurement is the way in. With up to three places per lot and no later entry route, contractors should bid now for the regional lots they can deliver.
