Elite Training and Consultancy (Scotland) Ltd is the supplier. It runs from 7 November 2023 to 6 November 2026, so it ends within weeks.

The Scottish Government, the third sector and other public bodies named in the buyer's guide use it to build project delivery capability in their staff.
