Framework Description
Swindon Borough Council's Community Based Supported Living Framework is the route for commissioning supported living support for adults with care and support needs across the borough. It is a single-lot framework divided into three categories by need: General Needs, Complex Needs and Complex Plus. The framework runs until 31 August 2027 and is listed on Find a Tender under notice 010588-2026.
Context & Use Case
The Council uses it to arrange support for adults living in their own homes or community settings rather than residential care, helping them with daily living while keeping their independence. The three categories let commissioners match each package to the intensity of support a person needs, from general needs to the most complex.
