Framework Description
Wandle Housing Association is putting in place a framework for recruitment agencies to supply temporary and permanent staff. It has seven lots aligned to functional areas, with up to four agencies per lot, and will be open to Wandle and other members of Shared Services for Housing (SSfH). Tenders closed in June 2026, and the framework was due to start on 15 September 2026.
Context & Use Case
Housing associations need staff quickly across many functions, from repairs operatives and property services to customer support, finance and IT. The framework gives Wandle and other SSfH members a shared set of agencies for both temporary cover and permanent hires, so each organisation does not have to run its own recruitment tender.

Suits recruitment agencies with housing sector experience and national coverage. The bidding window has closed, so agencies that did not bid cannot join this round; with no more than four agencies per lot, places are limited until the next procurement.
