Framework Description
The Community Living Ethical Framework is a joint commissioning framework set up by Wigan Council and NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board. It buys care and support for people living in their own homes and communities. Providers are chosen on shared values as well as quality, with an emphasis on asset-based and person-centred support, dignity, independence and a good quality of life.
