Framework Description
YPO's Building Envelope Services DPS (reference 880) is a Dynamic Purchasing System for work on the outside of buildings. It covers design, supply, project management, installation, restoration and maintenance across ten lots, from glazing and roofing to scaffolding, asbestos surveys and a total building envelope lot. The DPS will close on 23 February 2029, with no option to extend it.
Context & Use Case
Councils, schools, academies, hospitals and other public estate owners use it for exterior work such as reroofing, replacing doors and windows, repairing fire escapes and cleaning or repairing stonework. Each job is let through a competition among the contractors admitted to the relevant lot, which suits both one-off projects and planned programmes.

Who Can Apply
Specialist trade contractors such as roofers, glaziers, scaffolders, door installers, asbestos contractors and stonemasons, plus surveyors and main contractors for Lot 10. The DPS is live, so new firms can apply to join now, choosing the lots where they hold the right accreditations.
