Framework Description
YPO's Office Furniture Solutions and Associated Services framework (1281) is a national route for desks, storage, tables and upholstered seating, including breakout and meeting furniture, together with planning, design, supply, installation and project management. Its current term began on 8 July 2025. Applications for this framework are closed, and it runs until 8 July 2027, with an option to extend by two 12-month periods to 7 July 2029.

Public sector bodies of all types use 1281 for office fit-outs, from replacing chairs in one department to furnishing a new headquarters with planning and installation included. Who Can Apply
Office furniture manufacturers, dealers and installers who can also plan and project manage fit-outs suit 1281. Applications are closed, so suppliers not appointed cannot join until it is re-tendered, which could be around July 2027 or, if both extensions are used, nearer July 2029.
