Framework Description
YPO's Permanent, Interim and Marketing Recruitment Solutions framework (1287) is the third iteration of the former Local Government Resourcing Partnership (LGRP), run with the London Borough of Waltham Forest. It covers interim recruitment, permanent recruitment, and HR marketing, advertising and public notices across three lots. Applications for this framework are closed; it runs from 29 June 2026 to 28 June 2028, with an option to extend by two 12-month periods.
Context & Use Case
Local authorities and other public bodies use 1287 to fill interim and permanent roles and to place recruitment campaigns and statutory public notices, without running their own tender. Applications for this framework are closed, so new suppliers cannot join during its term. The re-tender could come around 28 June 2028, or as late as June 2030 if YPO takes both extensions.
