YPO's Removals, Recycling, Storage and Associated Services framework (1199) provides a managed service for office moves, relocation, storage and furniture recycling. Associated services include IT moves, IT asset disposal and confidential waste disposal. It is a single-lot framework running until 21 July 2028, with no extension, and applications are closed.
Context & Use Case
Public sector bodies relocating, consolidating or reconfiguring premises use 1199 to move staff and equipment, store items between sites, and dispose of surplus furniture and IT responsibly. Because it is a managed service, one provider coordinates the whole move, including the secure handling of IT and confidential waste, so the buyer does not have to appoint several contractors.
