Framework Description
Software Application and Solutions 2 (1309) is YPO's planned renewal of its Software Application Solutions framework, 1095. It will cover software applications, supporting services and supplementary hardware across a range of public sector functions, including YPO's and NEPO's own requirements. YPO lists it as Coming Soon, with the tender expected from April 2026 and go-live planned for March 2027.
Context & Use Case
Local authorities, education, housing, charities, central government, emergency services and NHS bodies will use 1309 for standalone systems or full-service solutions. Its simplified lot structure lets buyers purchase by solution and outcome. They will be able to direct award or run a further competition, and multi-lot call-offs will let them combine two or more lots in one procurement.
