Framework Description
YPO's Supply of Domestic Appliances framework (1280) lets public sector customers buy domestic appliances, from cookers and washing machines to televisions and water appliances, either as stock items through the YPO catalogue or by further competition. It has eight lots, applications are closed, and it runs until 21 May 2027, with an option to extend by 1 + 1 years to 21 May 2029.
Context & Use Case
Housing providers, local authorities, schools and care settings use 1280 to buy appliances for kitchens, staff rooms and residents. Small orders come straight from YPO's catalogue, while larger or non-catalogue requirements go through the contractual lot by further competition.

Who Can Apply
Appliance manufacturers and distributors, including those able to supply through YPO's catalogue, suit 1280. Applications are closed, so suppliers not appointed cannot join until the re-tender, which could come around 21 May 2027 or, if both extensions are used, by May 2029.
