YPO's Vehicle Hire, Lease, Purchase & Services Portal (1302) gives public sector organisations a single online portal for sourcing vehicles under 3.5 tonnes, or 4.25 tonnes for electric vehicles, by hire, lease or purchase. It commenced on 14 September 2026 and has three lots, one for each route. Applications for this framework are closed, and it runs until 13 September 2030, with no extension.
